Information we collect
If you submit a support or privacy request, we collect the email address and details you provide. The website does not record or store spoken practice conversations.
Basic analytics and attribution
We may record limited first-party events needed to understand the website, such as page views, product-demo interactions and App Store or Google Play clicks. We preserve campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium and campaign, plus the referring page where available. We do not use advertising pixels, cross-site profiles or third-party behavioural advertising trackers.
How we use the information
- To respond to support and privacy requests.
- To understand which parts of the website are useful and which store visitors choose.
- To measure acquisition sources and improve the website.
- To prevent abusive submissions and protect the website.
Our legal bases
We rely on legitimate interests to operate, secure and improve the website while limiting the information collected. Where consent is required, we will ask for it. You can object to relevant processing through our privacy choices page.
Who processes the information
Vercel hosts and delivers the website. If first-party analytics or request storage is enabled, the named storage provider will be added here. Apple or Google receives information when you follow a store link, under its own privacy terms. We do not sell visitor information or expose it publicly.
International transfers
Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, Storke Ltd will use an appropriate transfer mechanism, such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and apply contractual and security safeguards.
Retention
Support, privacy and analytics information will be kept only for as long as it is needed for the purpose collected, security or legal compliance. Specific production retention periods will be confirmed before the public domain is enabled.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted, object to certain uses, or restrict processing. Use the data deletion and privacy choices page to submit a request. We may need to verify that you control the email address.
Contact
A working privacy contact method is being connected and will be published on the privacy choices page before the public app links go live. A working contact email will be published here once confirmed.
