Information we collect

If you submit a support or privacy request, we collect the email address and details you provide. The website does not record or store spoken practice conversations.

Basic analytics and attribution

We may record limited first-party events needed to understand the website, such as page views, product-demo interactions and App Store or Google Play clicks. We preserve campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium and campaign, plus the referring page where available. We do not use advertising pixels, cross-site profiles or third-party behavioural advertising trackers.

Who processes the information

Vercel hosts and delivers the website. First-party analytics and website request database storage are currently disabled. Apple or Google receives information when you follow a store link, under its own privacy terms. Email providers process messages sent to our contact addresses. We do not sell visitor information or expose it publicly.

International transfers

Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, Digital Health Solutions Ltd relies on an applicable UK adequacy regulation or contractual safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, as appropriate.

Retention

If first-party analytics are enabled, identifiable event records are automatically removed after 365 days. Website support and privacy-request records stored in the optional database are automatically removed after 730 days. Email correspondence is reviewed and deleted when no longer needed, normally within two years of the last substantive contact, unless a legal, security or dispute-related reason requires longer retention.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted, object to certain uses, or restrict processing. Use the data deletion and privacy choices page to submit a request. We may need to verify that you control the email address.
